Quality Assurance

CUEL is committed to providing products and services that are of the highest quality of workmanship, that consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our clients.

To this end CUEL operates a fully developed Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO9001:2000 standard, which is third party certified by TUV Rheinland Thailand Ltd.

CUEL’s QMS covers the following management processes:

- Health Environment and Safety
- Support Services
- Financial Services and Administration
- Commercial and proposals

The QMS, in line with the ISO 9001:2000 standard has a clear emphasis on client feedback and continuous improvement in all our management processes.

Our commitment to Quality is represented from our Board of Directors through all management and workforce levels, with Quality issues discussed at weekly/monthly management and project meetings.

CUEL maintains a strong in house QA management team to provide guidance on all QMS related issues. During the course of each year, the QMS is audited fully in addition to audits carried out on suppliers and potential suppliers, verifying our Quality goals are met and exceeded.

Appendix 3 includes a copy of the CUEL Quality Policy, Third party accreditation certificate and a list of standard procedures that make up the CUEL QMS.
