CUEL joins World Environmental Day 2014

On June 27th 2014, CUEL Limited with Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (LCB IEAT) and other government and private sectors contributed to the World Environmental Day 2014 in organizing the activity to conserve mangrove and nursery environment for young see-life at Laem Chabang village by releasing young fishes, shrimps, shells and crabs to the sea. Mr. Preecha Jaranane, Director of the LCB IEAT, the Chairman for this event, addressed his appreciation to all participants and emphasized the objectives of this event; which is to maintain and prosper Laem Chabang Industrial to be an eco-industrial community. Volunteered staff from CUEL Bangkok and Laem Chabang also joined the event and represented CUEL to donate 14,450 baht to support this activity.

 
ซียูอีแอล ร่วมกิจกรรมวันสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก 2014

เมื่อวันที่ 27 มิ.ย. 2557 ที่ผ่านมาซียูอีแอลร่วมกับสำนักงานนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแหลมฉบัง ผู้แทนส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานเอกชน ผู้แทนสถานประกอบการ และผู้แทนชุมชนนักศึกษา ร่วมส่งเสริมอนุรักษ์พันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ – ป่าชายเลน เพื่อคืนชีวิตให้กับ กุ้ง หอย ปู ปลา ลงสู่ทะเล เนื่องในกิจกรรมวันสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก ณ โครงการป่าชายเลน ชุมชนบ้านแหลมฉบัง โดยมี นายปรีชา จรเณร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแหลมฉบัง เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานและขอบคุณผู้แทนจากทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการปล่อยพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ – ปลูกป่าชายเลนในครั้งนี้  ทั้งนี้นายปรีชายังได้เน้นย้ำถึงจุดประสงค์ของการจัดงานนี้ขึ้นมาก็เพื่อต้องการสร้างเมืองอุตสหากรรมแหลมฉบังให้เป็นเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศน์ และมีความยั่งยืน โดยสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดโครงการนี้ในปีต่อๆ ไป ซึ่งในงานวันนั้นอาสาสมัครจากซียูอีแอลกรุงเทพ และ แหลมฉบัง ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรรมด้วยความสนุกสนาน รวมทั้งเป็นตัวแทนซียูอีแอลในการมอบเงินบริจาคเป็นจำนวน 14,450 บาท ด้วย
